Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operation and financial oversight of the Plumbing & Heating department.
- Oversee all Journeypersons, apprentices and office staff, including scheduling, job assignments and onsite supervision.
- Ensure all administrative work is complete in a timely and accurate manner. These duties include job tracking, purchase orders, warranty claims, billing, etc.
- Responsible for Inventory and fleet management.
- Responsible to support business growth by cultivating existing customers and developing new business opportunities within the Plumbing & Heating department.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations and safety standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
