Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Plumbing Supervisor who leads from the front. This role is responsible for managing technicians, overseeing job quality, and actively contributing to revenue through fieldwork, high-level diagnostics, and closing larger or more complex jobs. This is not a desk-only position—you will be in the field, coaching, troubleshooting, and driving results.
