Description
The Jacks Monterey Greeters are responsible for setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every guest feel welcome and demonstrating genuine hospitality towards everyone who walks in the door. They are responsible for seating guests, managing a wait list during high volume, and engaging with guests while they are waiting, being seated, or leaving.
Shifts:
3PM to Closing
3-4 Shifts per week.
The essential job functions of this job are:
- Compliance with a sequence of customer service standards to positively impact the guests' experience
- Ability to assume a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guests and fellow staff members
- Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to tables
