The Opportunity:
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with one of the world’s most respected OEMs. As the PM Service Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 11 technicians and 4 office‑based schedulers/support staff, driving the performance, growth and customer experience of our Preventive Maintenance service offering across the South East Region.
You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, support your team, and play a key role in delivering our strategic growth target of increasing PM service market share year‑on‑year. This role is perfect for someone energetic, customer‑focused and ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
