Own and maintain the cybersecurity project portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely updates in Planview, including project setup, codes, and portfolio structureManage portfolio reporting by consolidating status, risks, issues, and dependencies, and maintaining a centralized inventory of all initiativesOversee timesheet governance by working with Market BUs to ensure IRM resources accurately track effort and maintain high compliancePrepare high-quality monthly Steering Committee materials, translating technical cybersecurity topics into clear business language with timelines, roadmaps, and key insightsCapture and distribute Steering Committee minutes, including decisions, action items, and follow-upsCoordinate closely with Project Managers by actively following up on updates, ensuring reporting discipline, and escalating issues when neededDevelop and maintain prioritization frameworks, incl...
