Job Description
Responsibilities Project Management Office (PMO) Support . Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and maintaining project documentation. . Support governance processes including preparing meeting materials, updating trackers, maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions). . Coordinate with cross functional teams (Design, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, etc) to gather updates and align project milestones. . Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and reporting cadence. Data Analysis & Reporting . Collect, analyze, and interpret project and operational data to support decision making. . Develop automated or semi automated dashboards (Power BI / Excel / other tools). . Track key KPIs such as cost, schedule progress, procurement status, and risk indicators. .
