Drive data integration initiatives: Support projects related to SAP, Azure, APIs, event-based and interface integrations.
Manage visibility and coordination: Track and manage milestones, objectives, dependencies, risks, and actions across multiple teams.
Enable Agile ceremonies: Support PI Planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives from a PMO perspective.
Coordinate complex ecosystems: Collaborate with technical teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders.
Create business intelligence: Prepare and maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI views that communicate real status.
