?A BS (Bachelor of Science) degree. Advanced degree preferred.
? More than 3 years experiences in PMS clinical studies.
? Familiar with all clinical operation activities throughout an entire clinical trial
? Familiar with all the regulatory guidelines and procedures such as ICH-GCP/ KGCP, SOPs etc.
? Good communication skills and good command of English in speaking, writing and reading
? Proven record in leadership and decision-making skill.
? Good organization and communication skills
? Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication
