Job Summary
Based at the Corporate Office in Dubai, the Fleet Technical Superintendent is responsible for supporting and managing the repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep of the P&O Maritime Logistics Fleet in the most cost‑effective and efficient way.
Key Accountabilities
- Main fleet-wide responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Controlling and managing: dockings, special surveys, upgrades, modifications, breakdowns, major accidents/ incidents, and projects.
- Supporting technical procurement, insurance matters, and P&I claims.
- Providing overall technical support for any of the above activities and ensuring on‑time and on‑budget completion.
- In conjunction with regional technical personnel, prepare timely, detailed, and accurate project/job/docking specifications.
