TD is seeking a POD Lead to spearhead the Copilot Activation function. This role requires over five years of finance or consulting experience and expertise in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot. You will partner with finance units to refine processes, ensure effective delivery of Copilot-enabled workflows, and build capacity through automation and efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the POD’s end-to-end mandate for activation phases
- Define use case backlog and value targets across finance
- Engage directly with finance leadership to translate processes
- Design prompt libraries and workflow patterns for Copilot
- Track and assess adoption rates, enhancing user confidence
