As a Point-of-Sale Surveillance Auditor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and reviewing Point-of-Sale (POS) camera footage on a daily basis.
- Identifying any suspicious activities, discrepancies, or irregularities at the Point-of-Sale terminals.
- Preparing detailed daily/weekly reports of findings and observations.
- Highlighting theft, fraud, procedural violations, or operational issues observed in the footage.
- Coordinating with the concerned teams to communicate findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit standards.
Training & Initial Assignment
