Policy formulation foracquisition,Risk control assessment and PortfolioReview,todevelop,analyzeandimplement creditrisk strategy for Personal Loanand Microfinance Vertical Define specific key risk indicators to evaluate risk trends and implement effective risk management processes to identify potential risk in the underwritten portfolio Provide feedback on proposed new product programs and formulate set of acceptable program criteria in terms of exposure caps, customer selection parameters, delinquency, exception reporting and other risk triggers Draft the CrossSell programsand processfor existing borrowers,consideringportfolio performance as well as customer experience Set up processes, reviews and monitoring policies for indicating early warning signals on credit quality and taking corrective action by liaising cross functionally Review creditand lending policies of theorganizationat regular intervals to ensure that the same is line with ...
