Role Overview:
The Policy & Procedure Specialist is responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulations, organizational strategy, and international best practices. This role plays a key part in promoting organizational consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain company-wide policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals
- Conduct gap analyses and ensure alignment with relevant labor laws and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with legal, HR, compliance, and operational departments
- Facilitate policy awareness and training sessions across departments
- Perform regular reviews and audits of existing policies and recommend updates
