Job Summary
Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorised and other responsibilities / duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned. Participate on the system enhancement, process improvement and digital projects.
