In this role you manage day‑to‑day execution of customer change requests and escalations, process servicing requests under the Shield function, assess escalations and make independent decisions on complaint resolution, provide timely support to financial consultants and customers, develop and maintain SOPs and user guides, and approve payments within assigned authority limits.
