Job Description
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and draft policy papers on organisational transformation initiatives
- Engage internal stakeholders to gather views, surface issues, and support consultation processes
- Support coordination across multiple workstreams to align policy intent with implementation and communications
- Provide secretariat support for meetings, discussions, and transformation-related engagements
- Monitor implementation progress, track emerging issues, and prepare updates for senior management
- Use data to generate insights and support evidence-based policy recommendations
