Responsibilities
- Polish and maintain all wine glasses, water glasses, cocktail glassware, and specialty stemware to Palma standards
- Organize and restock polished glassware throughout service stations and storage areas
- Assist bartenders, servers, and back servers with maintaining service readiness during service
- Support opening, closing, and ongoing dining room maintenance duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish and polishing areas
