🔬 Position: Polymer Scientist / R&D Chemist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize polymer formulations for:
- Paints & coatings
- Textile binders & auxiliaries
- Construction chemicals
- Conduct lab trials, testing & performance evaluation
- Work on product development & cost optimization
- Collaborate with production & QA teams
- Handle FTIR, DSC, TGA and other analytical testing
Requirements:
- M.Sc. / B.Tech in Polymer Science / Polymer Chemistry
- 2–4 years experience in formulation (must)
