General Purpose:
Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. Assists with department training, development and implementing customer service standards. Seasonal Pool Position May-August Essential Duties:

  • Ensures guests are immediately attended to upon arrival and manages customer traffic flow in the dining area.


  • Assists with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.


  • Responds to customer questions or concerns regarding any menu item or various other facets of food service.


  • Ensures guests are satisfied with the service provided and that items are replenished as needed and maintains a clean and clutter free dining area.


  • Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to management.
