Job Description
Primary Role
- Provide general pool service and service client advice to support the Service Team, Construction Director and the Projects Team
- Assist with diagnostics and fault finding/resolution planning for pool systems
- Advise on pool maintenance systems
- Provide support to the construction director and construction team on new installations
Daily Tasks
- Process client service queries and feedback
- Manage engineer service queries and feedback
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive list of service projects and checklist of items required on each project
- Provide assistance/guidance as necessary to the Service Engineers
- Liaison with construction and clients for new installation handovers
- Maintain an up to date training programme for the Service Team
- Maintain a list of frequent service issues for training and continuous improvement purposes
