- Managing relationships with suppliers and creating long‑term strategic alliances.
- Coordinating operations to ensure timely service delivery.
- Ensuring the highest quality in the services provided to the customer.
- Preparing operations during vessel pre‑arrival with suppliers and the client.
- Coordinating with the Commercial Department during pre‑ and post‑arrival.
- Requesting quotations from suppliers and reviewing/validating prices for the Commercial Department and/or client.
