- Perform the role of Project Manager to ensure that all Key Performance Indicators are met to the required standards.
- Coordinate and streamline requirements and prepared the Specific of Requirements (SOR) with the assistance from the Project Management Team (PMT)
- Prepare project requirements papers / study report with PMT for approval from appropriate forums, if any
- Liaise with PMT on all project activities
- Assist SAF Ops Manager to establish policy and procedures for the operation of IT systems
- Liaise with PMYT/MSD on security matters
- Co-ordinate user training
- Interface with user management
- Follow up end users for all LEARNet related operation issues
- Ensure that customer’s requirements are met after the system implementation
