Porter/Driver
Location: Cape Town
Compensation: Monthly Paid
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of hospitality and guest experience, exceeding guest expectations by giving outstanding first and last impressions.
- Ensure all guest luggage is offloaded and transferred to their respective rooms upon arrival, and assist guests with luggage upon departure.
- Park guest vehicles safely and manage related foyer duties.
Qualifications
- Matric certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in an upmarket 4* or equivalent environment with luggage handling, driving, and foyer duties.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, neat and professional appearance, and product knowledge of the hotel and city.
- Ability to lift heavy objects manually.
