Portfolio Asset Manager

Job Summary

This clientside employer is lookig to add an Estates/Asset Manager to cover a portfolio of commercial properties across the East of England. This role will see you operating autonomously and managing all aspects of estate management including contract negotiations, rent reviews, lease renewals and evaluations, sub leasing, landlord consents, service charges and leasing.
