Job Description
**Introduction**
The L&K Portfolio Delivery Lead will manage centralized, worldwide Geo/GIC learning consultants and some elements of delivery support for the WW Portfolio education delivery planning and execution to address skill gaps that support business priorities across Geos/GIC. This role builds strong relationships with Business Leaders and their teams to be a credible, trusted, and accountable advisor, solving for and driving Portfolio Learning education programs aligned with the broader Portfolio Learning Strategy. Key responsibilities include managing WW quarterly planning and execution, ensuring financial oversight of Geo/GIC-allocated budgets (coordinating with Geo/GIC L&K Leads), driving WW strategic deployment of priority initiatives and frameworks, and providing coaching and performance feedback to the team.
