The main purpose of this position is to handle the below:
- Preparation of the schedules for the Monthly ManagementMeeting
- Responsible for consolidating all the schedules,preparing, printing and final distribution of the Management Packs
- Check the accuracy of the entries in MDA andarrange for correcting entries to be passed
- Prepare and Finalize the Annual Budgets
- Update MDA with the Final Approved Budgetedfigures
- Dealing with Financial queries from Tenants,Head Office, Owners, Contractors & Customers
- Ultimately responsible for the collection ofrentals from Tenants
- Manage the Legal Process with the Attorneys
- Ensure that all Leases are captured into MDA andthat the system is 100% up to date
