Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the secondary real estate market.
- Handle qualified leads provided through strong Google and Meta campaigns.
- Negotiate and close resale commercial property deals.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and investors.
- Provide market insights and investment guidance to clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Attractive 50% - 50% commission structure.
- Company-provided leads (Google & Meta).
