Portfolio Manager – Location: Head Office, London; Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm; Working Pattern: Hybrid (50/50). Reports to: Lending Manager. Department: Bridging Finance & Specialist Mortgages – Portfolio Management.
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Portfolio Manager to join our Portfolio Management team within Bridging Finance and Specialist Mortgages. This role plays a pivotal part in managing and supporting a portfolio of bridging and specialist mortgage accounts — including refurbishment lending across light, medium, and heavy refurb projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, and internal teams, you’ll ensure strong credit stewardship, proactive portfolio oversight, and an excellent customer journey throughout the lifecycle of each facility.
