Job Description
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties to ensure operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:
Property Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Ensure properties are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with company policies and government regulations.
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and property audits.
Financial Management
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely collection of rent, association dues, and other receivables.
