Job Description

Are you an experienced Portfolio Underwriter seeking to drive performance, strengthen MGA partnerships, and build a meaningful proposition in a fast‑growing, data‑driven carrier? We are seeking an ambitious underwriter who can:


  • Lead portfolio performance across delegated authority programs

  • Run MGA oversight, monthly/quarterly reviews, and onboarding

  • Own data & reporting, including Power BI dashboards and reinsurer packs

  • Maintain risk & compliance with FCA/PRA requirements

  • Act as day‑to‑day contact for MGA partners and collaborate across internal teams


    • What you’ll bring

  • 3–7+ years in delegated authority underwriting, portfolio or coverholder oversight
  • Strong understanding of UK specialty markets and binding authorities

  • Confident with data analysis and BI tools
