Job Description
- Lead the solution design, enhancement, validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of store systems and related business applications.
- Plan, develop, and implement system upgrades and enhancements, including defining roadmaps, release strategies, and deployment schedules aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver complex technology initiatives and ensure seamless implementation.
- Manage and coordinate with technology vendors and service providers to guarantee timely issue resolution, service quality, and adherence to agreed service levels.
