Continuous Improvement Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality, and on-time delivery of product. Each day, you will participate in the sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products. You will also showcase your knowledge by sharing TPM and cycle time data and improvement ideas with internal teams.
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance): Handle tool management activities, including but not limited to maintenance, purchasing, standardization, and ensuring functionality and calibration.
- Assure production line availability ensuring preventative maintenance is adhered to and review data to support improvement interventions.
