Responsibilities:
- Review signed closing package for missing signatures, dates, and initials
- Confirm note, mortgage/deed of trust, and riders are correct
- Verify final figures match approved terms
- Ensure compliance documents are included
- Review physical (paper) and online documents
- Update empower system with new documents/information
- Track trailing documents such as title policy, recorded mortgage, insurance, and payoffs
