Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a Licensed Architect
- Must have a good communication skills.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience in a post construction of a residential projects or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
- Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
- Attend coordination meetings
- Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
- Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
- Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
