**Job Summary:**

+ Bruker 600 MHz and 900 MHz NMR spectrometers with cryoprobes
+ An on-site 200 kV Talos Arctica cryo-EM facility
+ Proteomics and metabolomics mass spectrometry cores
+ A comprehensive biophysics core facility

Key Responsibilities:

+ Solution NMR spectroscopy (structure, dynamics)
+ Cryo-EM of large macromolecular assemblies
+ Biochemistry and molecular biology

1. Bacterial proteases that manipulate host pathways, with emphasis on conformational exchange and its role in enzyme mechanisms.
2. Macromolecular assemblies involved in microbial metabolism with a particular focus on protein-protein regulatory mechanisms.
