Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Licensed Physician
- At least 3 years experience in a post‑medical facility
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge in patient care, health promotion, and clinical documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily medical operations with the Medical Operations Director
- Supervise and evaluate Post Medical Doctors and staff
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and continuity of operations
- Prepare medical reports, referrals, and certifications
- Coordinate with patients, hospitals, and stakeholders
