Location: Hess Building – 1470 Madison Ave., 5th Floor, New York, NY 10029

The Brown Laboratory is seeking highly motivated postdocs to lead projects aimed at developing myeloid cell targeted therapies for cancer treatment. The candidate should have a background in immunology and gene engineering, and experience in developing and testing cancer treatments. 


Responsibilities

Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: 

  • To advance the application of macrophage-targeted CAR T cells
  • To develop improved ways to arm CAR T cells to remodel the tumor microenvironment
  • To develop technologies to spatially localize remodeling factors in the tumor microenvironment
