The Assistant Bar Manager supports the Bar Manager in overseeing bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and assisting with financial and administrative tasks while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Guest Service & Beverage Expertise
Answer guest questions regarding the origin, vintage, and style of various wines. Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles professionally. Communicate last call at designated closing time and ensure smooth closing procedures.Inventory & Stock Management
