Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Postwave QC to join their team. As a Postwave QC, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting manufacturing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Pay Range: $25.00-$26.00/hr**
**Shift:** Swing Shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM)
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform PCBA inspection (defect detection) of Through-Hole and Mechanical Parts based on IPC-A-610 and Customer Requirements.
+ Review and understand Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviations.
+ Report non-conformance or defects during manufacturing using the DGS system (Venture’s MES System).
