Responsibilities
- Apply coatings, paints, and finishes to products and surfaces.
- Prepare and mix paint as per specifications.
- Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure high-quality application.
- Maintain and clean spraying equipment.
- Follow safety regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- At least High School graduate or TESDA/vocational course related to metal works, spray painting, or fabrication is an advantage
- With experience in powder coating line operations and/or spray painting (metal finishing) is preferred but not required
- Knowledgeable in proper handling, mixing, and application of powder coating materials
- Physically fit; able to lift, move, and hang metal parts for coating and baking
- Familiar with safety procedures and PPE use in a fabrication/production environment
