Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00

The Role
As Powder Coating Plant Leader, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of the powder coating facility. You will oversee daily production activities, manage the team, and ensure products meet both internal and customer standards while maintaining strong productivity and cost control.
