The Powder Coating Technician performs end-to-end powder coating operations on manufactured components produced through CNC machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and 3D printing. This role focuses on achieving high-quality, consistent surface finishes that meet precise customer specifications while operating coating equipment safely, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating closely with manufacturing, quality, and shipping teams.
