Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and administer enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Sigma, Metric Insights)
- Perform upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
- Manage capacity planning (Premium/Embedded) and monitor usage/performance.
- Strong understanding of application and system vulnerability management.
- Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD integrations for Power BI, Qlik
- Experience with monitoring tools and platform analytics.
- Implement data security models including RLS and role-based access
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and license allocation
- Monitor platform health, capacity usage, and performance metrics
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Manage and resolve incidents through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow). Provide root cause analysis for the incidents.
- Maintain SLA compliance and incident documentation.
