Job Responsibilities
PURPOSE: This role will focus on bridging the gap between raw workforce data and strategic talent management by designing, building, and deploying interactive, secure business intelligence dashboards.
Dashboard Design & Development – Build, automate and scale secure, high performance Power BI dashboards mapping critical employee lifecycles.HR Metrics Visualization - Create dynamic reports tracking key workforce KPIs such as headcount evolution, turnover, time to hire, diversity& inclusion, internal mobility and training ROI.Data Modeling and Architecture – Design optimized Star Schema data models, configure incremental refreshes, and establish reusable semantic data layers inside the Power BI service.Advanced Querying – Write e...
