100 300 V; familiarity with Miller-plateau false turn-on, gate ringing, and high-side / low-side crosstalk mitigation.
EMI mitigation experience for high-d V/dt switching — common-mode chokes, snubber design (or designed-out parasitics), shielding strategy, motor-bearing current mitigation.
Working knowledge of partial-discharge, corona, and DC arc-fault effects on HVDC bus systems at aerospace altitudes (reduced atmospheric pressure).
Distributed propulsion.
Working knowledge of motor thermal limits, demagnetisation, continuous vs. peak ratings.
Hands-on with a flight or vehicle telemetry stack (CAN / CAN-FD / UAVCAN-Drone CAN, or automotive CAN / Flex Ray).
AIS-156 or ARAI EV powertrain familiarity — a transferable signal of safety-first engineering culture.
Secondary depth in thermal management — this role significantly requires thermal management, we treat strong thermal-side candidates seriously.
