As a **Power System Operations Support Advisor,** you will help ensure that MISO’s System Operations team is equipped with the real‑time tools, training, and strategic guidance needed to manage an increasingly dynamic grid. You’ll contribute to the development and execution of departmental and divisional strategies, support key metrics that drive long‑term success, and bring forward ideas that improve how our business operates.
As part of a highly collaborative, cross‑functional environment, you’ll work with operators, engineers, developers, and leaders to identify improvements, prioritize efforts, and ensure ongoing readiness for a rapidly evolving industry.
