Summary This position is for a POWERED SUPPORT SYSTEMS MECHANIC, PD# D0470000, part of the Nevada Army National Guard. This position is located in the Mechanical Equipment Repair Section of the Combined Support Maintenance Shop or a Mobilization and Training Equipment Site with a support maintenance mission. Its purpose is provide maintenance and repair to all Powered Support Systems; Power Generation Equipment. Responsibilities Perform repairs on all types of power generation equipment. Troubleshoots, disassembles, rebuilds or makes comparable major repairs to powered support systems, including major components. Makes visua1 and auditory checks and uses test equipment such as volt meters, ohmeters, engine analyzers, compression gages and torque wrenches for repair and adjustment of supported equipment.
