Researches evidence based practice guidelines for ambulatory care. Collaborates with care teams to facilitate use of standard operating procedures and clinical protocols. Plays a pivotal role in guiding medical assistant new hires through their transition into clinical practice. Supports Medical Assistants who need remediation. Is dedicated to ensuring that Medical Assistants are well-prepared, confident, and capable of meeting the demands of their role within the ambulatory clinics. Acts as a mentor, educator, and support system, fostering professional growth and ensuring a smooth integration into the work environment allowing providers to function efficiently and effectively.
