- Liaise with external agencies to support with content creation.
Social Media Management
- Create, curate and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, and more.
- Monitor social media channels and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Handle administrative work on social media such as product loan pullouts.
- Liaise with external agencies to support with content creation.
Public Relation Support
- Assist in drafting press releases (mostly translation from English to Chinese) and other communication materials.
- Support the coordination of media outreach efforts, including press inquiries and interview scheduling.
- Liaise with influencer agencies for big campaigns and monthly engagements.
