Job Description
As a clinic nurse with TELUS Health Care Centre, you will play a key role in ensuring the occupational health needs of our clients are met through pre‑employment and surveillance testing.
Duties & responsibilities
- Direct patient care activities.
- Conduct screening tests, including venipuncture collection, electrocardiography, pulmonary function, and audiometric testing.
- Document all testing completed.
- Maintain awareness of functions exclusively within the provincially legislated regulations for your licensing body.
- Participate in continuing education and professional growth activities.
- Active role in procurement of necessary medical equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Successful completion and graduation from a Nursing program including venipuncture/phlebotomy.
